Scouting & Production |
We specialize in location scouting and producing shoots in the Mt. Hood area. We have more shoot experience on Mt. Hood than anyone else in the country. Besides the Mt. Hood area, we represent location properties all over Oregon (see locations pages). The locations shown on this site are a small sampling of what we have in our library. We can pull images from our files and create a custom digital web posting of locations that will fit your specific creative needs. If we don’t have what you need in our files, we can research,
scout and shoot new location ideas for you. We can usually post your
location images on the same day that we shoot them. We offer the following

| > Permitting | We can acquire all of the permits if needed for your shoot or refer you to the right people to apply for them yourselves. |

| > Talent Casting | We work with all the local, regional and national talent agencies and can do castings & book your talent. We’ve also done “real people” castings. | |||

| > Crew Casting | Prop & wardrobe stylists, hair & makeup artists, photo & production assistants are available out of Portland. Call us for referrals. | |||

| > RV Companies | We have access to several Oregon based RV-Motorhome companies. | |||

| > Catering | We have catering companies that will deliver to most all of our locations. Note: Timberline Lodge & Ski Area does not allow any outside catering on the mountain. | |||

| > Hotels | We can book or refer hotels for your crew that are close to your locations. | |||

| > Transportation | We can set up all airport to hotel/location transportation for you, or refer you to the right companies. | |||

| > Prop Rental | We have a large selection of props available, if we don’t have it we can find it for you. (see prop pages) We have access to Christmas trees, freshly made garlands and wreaths, tree stands, lights and other holiday props. | |||

We have a team based in Portland that is available for artificial snow making and other special effects. (call for details) | |||
